Contact us as soon as possible. We will help before fulfilment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is being prepared.

Are any items considered final sale?
Only pieces explicitly marked as final sale on their product page are excluded from standard returns.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep each piece dry and away from perfume, lotions and household chemicals. After wear, polish it gently with a soft, dry cloth.
How should I store my jewellery?
Store pieces separately in a dry place to protect polished surfaces, enamel and stones from scratches.
